Drilling a hole into rock results in stress concentration and redistribution close to the hole. When induced stresses exceed strength, wellbore breakouts will happen. Research on breakout is fundamental of stability. A sequence concentrations, falling, redistributions, which involve initiation, propagation, stabilization sequences. Therefore, simulating process very challenging. Thermoporoelastoplastic models for analysis are rare due high complexity problem. In this paper, fully coupled thermoporoelastoplastic finite element model built study mechanism breakouts. The breakouts, influence temperature comparison between thermoporoelastic studied paper. For modeling, D-P criterion used determine whether starts yield or not, maximum tensile strain have happened.
